The owners of Kilroy's (Bill & Linda Prall) have Rumpke dumpsters blocking a portion of the alley, there is also a backhoe in the alley as well as other trucks. Kathy stated that they would try talking to the owner before "filing" complaint.
NW corner 1st and Henderson. A very large and very dead maple tree hangs over sidewalk and street. Neighbors are very concerned about falling dead limbs or possibly the entire tree given we are headed into the windy/icy/snow season.
Ms. Epperson called to see if City cld. cut down large branches from trees that are restricting use of her driveway. Also, she noted there are electrical wires & telephone lines that the branches "knock" into, presenting a hazard to herself & others in area. Zucchini Prints is running a sweat shop producing mouse pads at this address (address may not be correct it is just north of 627 N. Morton). They keep blocking the alley with a fork-lift. Mr. Titus wants someone to check if they are allowed to have this shop here. He has contacted BPD about the blocking of the alley.
Mr. Wilson is the manager at J D Byrider. E&M mobile home sales to the east has homes for sale parked very close to W. 3rd St., maybe actually in the ROW. He wants them to move the homes back to meet 60' from C/L setback requirement. The homes block vision of J D Byrider site for traffic coming from east. I recommend: check plat map for ROW & measure home location from there. If in ROW can make them move back. I think they're grandfathered from setback req., they were there prior to '73.

Trailer parked in the tree plot. Parking Enforcement officer told him to move the trailer last week, but it's still in the tree plot.
