The complex hasn't bothered to clear the snow or ice on the surrounding sidewalks for weeks. Very dangerous as the college kids walk this way to get on the IU bus and the snow (now ice) is all downhill towards the intersection.
I am disabled and use a mobility scooter to travel. The sidewalk on the west side of southbound Rogers St has not been cleared of snow so I am unable to navigate. I would attempt the other side of the street but there is a curb that prevents from getting to it with my mobility scooter and being in traffic is dangerous.
