It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since the last snow fell. And yet I’m still having to slip and slide over the icy sidewalk in front of this rental house and driveway. Why hasn’t this landlord cleared this safety issue in the many warm days? Please address this. Their shrubs come out into the sidewalk which make it challenging to navigate along the west side of sidewalk. Can this be addressed?

Atwater is a very busy street and this sidewalk is still impassable— 3 weeks after the heavy snow!!
At least half of the sidewalk in front of a house on Fess (west side, 4th house north Maxwell) shows no attempt of ever being cleared. It is now packed down and extremely icy. All other sidewalks clear. Thank you.
Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.
These 2 Homeowners have not removed snow and ice from the sidewalks on the north side of Maxwell Lane. There’s only one sidewalk in this street, and it is impassable here due to high fall risk.
sidewalk snow needs shovelling
Sidewalks have remained unshoveled since the first snowfall of the year. There is heavy pedestrian traffic on the portion of their sidewalk along Allendale. Failure to shovel that section is particularly hazardous. There are also several roughly 6" deep holes immediately adjacent to the sidewalk here which present a tripping hazard or potential ankle sprain. They are currently hard to see because of the snow.
