On the south sidewalk between park and fess on 10th there is roadkill under the pile of leaves. It’s been there about a week and is starting to rot based on the smell.
Dead squirrel. Put a box over it so that neighborhood kids wouldn’t play with it, but it is still next to the bush and next to the mailbox as seen in the attached image. The tail is visible from under the box.
The dogs at this house are left in the backyard almost all the time, even when the owners aren’t home. They bark incessantly.
There is a bat which is either dead or hibernating on the wall, right above the Mercury apartment entrance within the parking garage. The entrance is located on the third level (near the handicap spots that are labeled in the “350s”). The bat has been in the same spot for three days and I find that spot is dangerous for residents and for the bat.
Tenant in Unit 4 is feeding deer and rodents with corn kernels and sunflower seed placed in dishes or directly on the concrete on their back porch. This is a repeated activity. The landlord for the unit is Lesa Miller, (812) 360-3863.
Update to my previous report regarding 801 East Grimes Lane, Bloomington, Indiana. A hawk got to the squirrel and now it is scattered across the lawn instead. Thank you.

Hi, I let you know again again because the person before couldn't find the dead animal. I reported it is still there next to the Bloomington utilities fire station number 5. As you exit the parking lot, there is a stop sign across the sidewalk from the top from the stop sign is an oak tree and under the oak tree is some flat gray fur that doesn't smell anymore but it is still there.
