Other: Unit 4 renter has been illegally feeding deer and rodents with unshelled peanuts, corn kernels, and bird seed placed on the ground of her porch with water bowls. A hole or rat burrow has now appeared underneath the area where she feeds the animals. Her landlord is Lesa Miller.
