Other: A resident named Sam Maurer who lives in Poolside Apartments has a dog who he does not properly take care of. I am not sure of the dog breed but it is a medium/large sized dog. Whenever I have been over to his apartment, the dog (named Mister) pees on the floor because his owner does not take him for walks. When Sam sees that mister has to pee, he puts him in the shower instead of taking him out for walks. It breaks my heart to see a man who can’t even take care of himself own a dog. As mutual friend of Sam’s, I was only around Mister a handful of times, the rest of the information I know about how is treated is from his best friend.
