Other: Have informed HAND dozens of times about problems at this property: 1. selling meth 2. building fires on the lawn 3. unhoused sleeping in tents in the yard 4. trash and other hazards. Have called the Police Dept several times with no response and also have been receiving death threats which have been reported to the police.
