Other: The hedge the was planted on the median on 3rd (east of Cory lane) is sticking out far enough that people are getting really close to people in the parallel lane. I can get thru without touching the hedge but it makes other people drive erratically. I thought it was a wild place to put a hedge when I first saw it. If this is Indots responsibility I will contact them instead. I don’t remember where their 3rd jurisdiction ends. Thank you
