Planning staff investigated during the day yesterday and observed a light on near the front door, but it appeared to by the standard type of low-intensity house light that does not typically require full shielding. I will add it to the list of lights to investigate at night to take a light trespass reading and measure the intensity. If it meets the exemptions for low-intensity lighting, it is not required to be shielded and it is not required to be turned off during the day.
