Other: Vehicle parked overnight less than the 15-foot clearance from fire hydrants mandated by Indiana Code (ยง 9-21-16-5). This house tends to violate this Code most weekends, but it has been hard to get a parking enforcement officer out here on the weekend. Do parking enforcement officers work on the weekend?
