Hi Jeremy, this property has been mentioned in the past and this uReport has another complaint regarding the structure. Planning staff are already addressing the issues concerning Title 20, however we cannot address the complaint regarding the structure not having proper utility access or it falling into disrepair. Upon the last visit, there is a portion of a roof caving in on the southern side of the house and what appears to be a tree growing through it. HAND staff may want to take a look regarding the home. If HAND staff do not wish to visit this property, please go ahead and close out this report as Planning are working with the property for Title 20 violations already. Thanks!

Planning enforcement team is in contact with the property and the property representatives due to the owner's passing. Planning staff have already issued multiple Notice of Violation (NOV) letters and are working with the site on timelines for remedying various issues including outdoor storage of materials and parking on an unimproved surface for trailers, vehicles, and recently an RV. If the complainant has any questions regarding this situation for Planning, we are happy to discuss and answer any questions. You can reach us at 812-349-3423.
