Other: At about 11:10 this morning, a bunch of dogs in the back yard of 1432 Winfield started barking. They barked and barked and barked until 11:45 at which time a woman came out of the back door of 1432 and started yelling at the dogs and trying to get them inside. The dogs didn't want to go inside. She kept yelling more and they finally did go inside. I keep reporting; the dogs keep barking. Every. Day.
