Other: I was awakened at 6:30 this morning (during quiet hours) by dogs barking in the back yard at 1432 Winfield Rd. I tried to go back to sleep but the dogs were barking again a little before 7am. Then they were barking at 7:21am. Then they were barking at 7:35am. So much for getting any more sleep.
