Other: Dumb down the east-west “smart signals” at Covenanter and College Mall Rd (and elsewhere in this corridor) that make it impossible for a a cyclist to cross the street if there is not a car at the intersection to trigger a green light. The only other way to get a green light at these intersections is to press a beg button designed for pedestrian access. The current default signals for car convenience make traveling by bicycle on the east side a real hassle.
