Update 5/7/2025 maintenance personnel is working to get all that Romax wiring put in conduit. Also maintenance is going to contact me once. The six buildings are completed..

Please go out and look at these and touch base with the complex and let them know that these need to be repaired. They have had plenty of time to get each of these resolved.
