Other: Many of the building have extreme water damage leading to large amounts of mold. Just this weekend a ceiling in an apartment collapsed. The trim on the outside of the building is rotting. Something needs to be done about this place. Because send an inspector who is not best friends with management. They been getting away with this for years.
