Other: There are no lights on this street, at all. The lack of light makes it feel even more unsafe and allows the transients in the area to break into cars and houses.

Ms. Thomas, I have placed your lighting locating request on the Department of Public Works Residential Lighting Location Request worksheet for future consideration. The City leases street lights from Duke Energy and pays for the monthly ongoing costs with Duke providing the maintenance services.
