Other: There are no street lights and this is a very transient dangerous street. I feel extremely unsafe. The drug activity here years ago, seems to have returned.

Ms Thomas, Thank you for contacting the City of Bloomington regarding street lights. The City leases these lights from Duke Energy and pays for the ongoing monthly costs with Duke providing the maintenance services. Each year, dependent upon available funding, the City installs street lights at locations requested by residents. I have place your location request on our working list for future reference.
