Other: Turning left at this intersection is very difficult. At 7:30 A.M. I had to wait for 3 minutes at this light and at 5 P.M. I had to wait for 5 minutes and I was beginning to back up into the intersection behind it. The light isn’t green for long enough probably only about 30 seconds. There is also a sign that says left turn yields on flashing yellow but the light never turns flashing yellow. If the green arrow light was longer and it became flashing yellow when appropriate this would likely solve the problem.
