The Plat Committee hears and makes final decisions on preliminary and final plat (subdivision) requests. The Plat Committee is composed of three members that represent the Plan Commission, City of Bloomington Utilities, and the Engineering Department.

2026 Plat Committee Schedule
Meetings of the Plat Committee occur on the same days as Plan Commission hearings. All Plat Committee meetings take place in the Kelly Conference Room and begin at 4:00 pm unless otherwise announced. All meetings will also be held via Zoom until further notice.
