Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Steel gets along great with dogs, cats and children that are 11+. He’s housebroken and can be indoor or an outdoor dog, as long as he has a cool place to stay. He is a husky. He prefers to eat table scraps, to dog food. He does resource guard, so we feed him away from our other animals and keep all food up high. Steel stole one of dog’s bones and wouldn’t give it back. He needs daily exercise. He does play a little rough, at times. If he oversteps, Steel is quick to offer a cuddle to apologize. He’s very intelligent. I wouldn’t say high energy, but needs several walks a day. He doesn’t like being alone, so I’d recommend at least another dog or animal around, without food or toys, so Steel doesn’t resource guard.
