From the Foster: Roscoe is a very good boy. He is calm with a lot of love to give. He is very well behaved and he doesn't pull on the leash. He gets excited when we see other dogs but I don't know how he would actually interact with them. He likes to chew on his toys and to play fetch even though he quickly moves on. His favorite thing to do by far, is to snuggle with humans, receiving and giving all the love.
