Tigger was at the shelter as a puppy last summer, and sadly returned to us as a stray at the beginning of this year. He is SUPER sweet and absolutely loves snuggling in close to his people. He may do a bark or two from his kennel to catch your eye, but an offering of a treat or two is quick to start his wiggles. He requires many scratches to reach optimum happiness and will nose under your hand or arm to request more. He is also dog-social and likes to prance around with his pals!
