Waffles

Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Waffles is a 2-year-old Blue Heeler mix with a big personality and even bigger love to give. Medium-sized at about 50 pounds, this goofy guy is full of energy, always up for playtime, and incredibly loyal to his people. Waffles is playful, protective, and clingy in the most endearing way—he’ll stick by your side through thick and thin. He can be a little moody, but with structure and attention, he thrives. He knows some basic commands but would benefit from continued training with someone patient and consistent. He’s neutered, fully vaccinated, and in great health. Waffles is currently on a raw food diet, which has been wonderful for him—he’s thriving on it, and we highly recommend keeping it up. He seems okay with kids (though he hasn’t had much interaction), but he’s not comfortable sharing a home with other dogs, so he needs to be the only pup in the house. We’re rehoming Waffles because we simply can’t give him the environment he needs—like a securely fenced yard to run and play in, and the time or resources for further behavior training. He deserves more, and we want to find him the perfect home that can give it.
