Will you *please* re-enable the map feature on uReports? See case# #206286. It is understandable that it needs to be upgraded/"rewritten" - it has been a bit persnickety lately - but why not keep the one that's been used for a long time by a lot of people until you have a new one to replace it, rather than just disabling it while you figure out how to improve it? It makes *zero* sense to turn off a functional and useful feature that needs some updating while it still works fine, and not explain fully why that was done.

Cover to my main H2O shutoff at the street apparently was buried by dirt when they installed the fiber box on the SW corner of my lot. Today I was Unable to locate cover without metal detector to keep the vegetation clear of it. I have a plumbing project coming up that I’ll need to shut off the water at the street this summer. We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. The construction crew working on the house next door is throwing loose trash into our trash can, which I will have to dig out and put in a bag as all items in trash cans need to be bagged. These are the same individuals who moved our trash from from the street before it was picked up and blocked it with their car.

Yesterday (Thursday 25 Sept) at 5:15pm, a Ford Bronco turned *North* (left) onto Dunn from 10th Street (against the one-way direction), traveled north at a high rate of speed several blocks, and then pulled into the parking lot of 820 N. Dunn. During this illegal maneuver, another car that was traveling south on Dunn (the correct direction) had to pull over to avoid a collision. The driver might not have known he was committing a violation because that intersection is not clearly marked "Do Not Enter". Maybe a sign should be put up there to make sure that careful drivers know it is one-way.

See case #185188. Was there any discussion about making 12th Street one-way? After football and basketball games, traffic is horrendous, and food delivery vehicles speed down the street in both directions at all hours. Ideally, you would remove on-street parking and install a protected bike lane in its place. That would give more space for two-lane car traffic. Or keep the on-street parking, add a protected bike lane, and use what is left for one-way vehicle traffic. If you make it one-way west, then the fire trucks could use it when they are hurrying to a fire. Please consider this. Seriously.

Spring has started and the outdoor smoke coming from the Barbecue is in full force at the Short Stop food-mart on North Smith Road. My wife and I had three meetings with the City Council about this issue in 2015. And 2 recorded meetings with the council as a whole and a second meeting a few weeks later. The smoke issue was to be addressed for this location. But Chris Smith sold the store without implementing the standards the City Council had requested he perform. He was supposed to install and indoor smoker by December of (2015) that never happened. And he then sold the business in spring of 2016. As an example of how bad this smoke is. I hung wet laundry outside yesterday (Wednesday 4-25-18). Hoping for that nice fresh air smell when it was dry. Our clothing smelled like we had been next to a campfire. So I had to rewash all of the clothing. This has become a HUMAN HEALTH hazard and it has not been taken seriously. The city did nothing after our meetings to address SMOKE issues from cooking outdoors. I really hate to call the Fire department each time I smell smoke. As the cost to the city will be ridiculous for putting out (3) outdoor smokers. But that is what I am going to start doing. As we cannot breath. She had a lung removed and everyone is turning a blind eye towards this fact. Let me know what the city can do. Our district representative Allison Chopra was at the meetings as she was running for office and won the election. But I was told she had slept since the meetings and did not remember the restrictions placed on the smoke issue.
