Other: Came home after new stairs were unexpectedly put in. The bottom step is way too tall (about a foot off the ground), none of the “support posts” line up, screws either not all the way in or broken, main posts at base are not very secure, wood is untreated and splintering. Top stair has an unsecured middle piece, and it wobbles when you walk down it.
