Resident phoned to report that some areas of the sidewalk along the Henderson side of Bryan Park are not clear of snow/ice, making pedestrian travel treacherous. This sidewalk is on Parks property.
We're in the third week of this snow and this business hasn't so much as attempted to clear their sidewalk. It makes it dangerous for pedestrians who are forced into the street in the early mornings or evenings.
Snow and ice still cover the area between Kroger and the B-Line. Kroger's indifference to pedestrian access thus degrades the usefulness of the B-Line. Please fine them. This photo was taken at 4:40 PM on February 9, 2026 – 15 days after the end of the last snowstorm.

Completely un shoveled sidewalk in front of Binford elementary school. This is unexcused Hable and a safety hazard for pedestrians the road. Here is too narrow to walk in.
