Hello. There is a large, seemingly dead pine tree that is behind our property. There are power lines right next to it. We aren’t sure if this is an easement or if it is private property and would like to know so the tree can be cut down-it appears to be a hazard. Is there a way we can find out who is responsible? Completely un shoveled sidewalk in front of Binford elementary school. This is unexcused Hable and a safety hazard for pedestrians the road. Here is too narrow to walk in.
