School bus drivers are complaining the light barely stays green long enough to get from Oakdale through the light to Basswood or to turn left. This is my 2nd time putting in this request as I was told this light is maintained by the state and I would need to contact INDOT. I did that and they referred me back to you. The intersection of W Bloomfield Road and Oakdale Drive/S Basswood Drive is outside of INDOT jurisdiction. Those roads are city streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Bloomington. I understand that you contacted them already, but I can confirm that they are city streets, which INDOT does not maintain. Potholes: on Rockport Rd starting at the stoplight by the southern hills church to graham Rd. People swerve to miss the potholes they are deep and it's dangerous. Please fill in these potholes. This is very highly traveled road. The potholes being filled would be very appreciated.

Cylindrical hole about 4" radius drilled into street by fiber-optic workers and left unfilled. Dangerous area because there are no sidewalks along at that location, so people are forced to walk on the street. Hole is closest to SW corner of intersection. Ankle-breaker!

Several people walk/bike through this area. When it is dark it is difficult to see people who are walking in the road. Recommend a walking path and/or additional lighting.

This car has been sitting abandoned for more than 2 years (at least since I've lived in this apartment). A neighbor informed me that it belonged to a past resident who hasn't lived on this street for over 2 years.

This is not a complaint about parking meters or a citation, but I could not find another category that fits my complaint. Referring to closed case #201015. Reason for closing this case is given as: 'vehicle is located on private property'. See attached text of the Bloomington City Ordinance, 15.04.020 6). It seems that the grey Dodge without a license plate, parked next to the garage door in the driveway at 717 S Eastside Drive makes a prefect fit. One of the tenants at 717 S Eastside Drive has confirmed that the vehicle is inoperable. Whether it is older than 3 years will need to be determined. The vehicle is visible from the street and has been there for at least 1 year. HAND thinks that this is Parking Enforcement's turf, Parking Enforcement refers me to HAND. This car takes up one parking space in the driveway, resulting in one other tenant having to park their vehicle in the street, oftentimes right across from 704 S Eastside Drive. Especially after snowfall, it is very hard to maneuver out of 704's driveway with a car parked right in front of it.
