Other: See case #201657. Two older men sit in the park nearly every day at around 11am smoking cigars right where people want to walk or sit. One of the men is extremely loud and yells vulgarities at people who ask him to stop smoking. Can someone in a position of authority please talk with them and ask them to not smoke anywhere in the park? They usually do it close to the bagel shop, where customers can smell them, but sometimes they sit closer to the bike shop, where everyone walks by on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. Please get them to stop.
