There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Vehicle that blocked alleyway/access road reported earlier between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, and East 3rd Street and East 4th Street is no longer blocking the road. Didn't have a way to "update" my previous report.
