Other: Dodge Ram 1500 P/U truck. White upper body with wide gray striping. Rusted along bottom with cord wrapped around bumper to front grill. Vehicle has been parked in same position for 6 weeks partially blocking right lane near top of hill at intersection. Makes right hand turns difficult with NB traffic coming up S. Adams @ W. Sunstone. License plate #: Indiana, TK889NCZ 2017.
