pulling out of the parking lot of IU Health SIP office onto Rogers Street you cannot see Rogers Street clearly due to the landscaping being to tall

There is planter in the Right-Of-Way with wild flowers that goes into the parking. City maintains these but it has overgrown. Dump truck came around the corner and I almost got hit. Could this please be trimmed back so there are no accidents?
