The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. There has been a dog barking at night at this residence for the past three nights. It was barking last night at 12am. Despite a previous call to police, who verified there was a dog door at the residence, the owners seem not to care that the dog is barking outside in the wee hours of the morning, disturbing neighbors. I had called the sanitation dept phone number this morning as our yard waste can wasn't collected this week. After listening the to the message about yard waste on the phone automated machine I realized I wasn't sure if pumpkins were collected or if I was over weight on the re usable can. I called to connect to a representative and I regret I didn't get the gentleman's name at aprox 0755 am on 4 dec. He was extremely helpful and I was looking for a place to leave a compliment for dept employees. I don't want to say the bar is low because it devalues my intent but I really appreciate the person answered the phone promptly, inquired into my problem, and immediately offered a solution all while being polite and professional. I wanted to say thanks and thank the employee for their civil service. I'd prefer this not be part of public record or anonymized if used as such. The city planted an oak tree in my yard. I wasn’t informed of that. I am highly allergic to oak pollen. I’m request it be removed. Trees are very expensive to maintain. That’s why there are no trees in the front yard. We don’t have sidewalks on Nancy Street.
There is a gentleman living in an RV that is parked in the yard of this address. He is 100 percent living in this RV as.his residence
Follow up on Case #199613. This report shows that it has been resolved, but the lights have never been operational. I know that one of these lights failed after a few days of the parking garage opening. I would imagine they are still under the original warranty from the contractor that built the garage / supplied the electrical fixtures. Sorry for being pesky about this, but the exterior of the parking garage looks nice . . . and having two lights that have been out of commission for over two years does not send the message that I believe we want to send. Furthermore, it seems like the contractor should still be on the hook for this repair.
Please clarify the new parking regulations. Can I park in the surface lots for free on Saturday and Sunday? i.e. 4th and Lincoln. The library website says that these lots are 24/7 and the city website indicates they are free after 5 pm on weekdays and free on the weekend. Which is correct?
