This has been an eyesore for too long. While mowing my property at 104 East Davis this weekend, I noticed that the Circle K property along the East alley has a place where the trash has now piled up, the alley is a mess from items that blow out of the Circle K dumpster and I noticed needles laying around and a bunch of empty alcohol bottles stacking up. It has become an eyesore on the neighborhood and I worry about kids finding these needles.

An RV has been parked for several weeks in the same spot of the street next to this empty lot. Traffic at the 4 way view is blocked of any northbound lane traffic on N. Monroe coming from 10th street creating hazardous conditions. Pedestrian traffic for the Boys and Girls Club and the Food Bank nearby have an obstructed view of any oncoming vehicles.
