A storm drain down hill from the speedbump on this road is beginning to collapse. The blacktop directly in front of the drain has broken down, creating a large and growing hole in the roadway. This is not a pothole, the road had fallen through completely. This problem appears to be caused by vehicles driving around the newly installed speedbump. Before the road was repaved and the speedbump added, there were no issues with this storm drain. Thanks for your help.

People have been using this walking trail as a road using cars, trucks, and motorized scooters. Driving cars on this path is unacceptable. There was once a cable at the top stopping people from driving but it has been cut. Please put a metal post at the beginning and end of this path preventing vehicles before someone gets injured.

Earlier this year I reported a vehicle parking on the pedestrian/cycling path connecting West Countryside Ln. to the Country View Apts. I observed a vehicle again blocking the path this Saturday, 17 November 2018 at approximately 2:30pm (uReport Case #163304). I have seen this particular vehicle parked on the path a number of times since the house was built adjacent to the path. Considering your suggestion from the previous incident, I have attached a photo of the offending vehicle. From the license plate, the operator appears to be connected with law enforcement (license plate LE8928). I find this very disturbing that an individual who should be setting an example for the community is using a pedestrian path for convenience. I would like to point out that I occasionally ride my bicycle on this path and have observed pedestrians on it as well. Also, there is plenty of street parking in this part of the neighborhood in front of the houses, i.e., I don't see lack of available parking as an excuse. Leroy (812) 679-7403 rents at 120 W Pinewood Dr. and concerned about excessive growth near the corner causing safety hazard for kids in the neighborhood with the amount of traffic. He said that the owner refuses to mow and he does what he can to maintain the area. Called 1-2 days ago to file complaint but unable to provide property address. tlr
