This morning when I came through Bloomington, the traffic signals on College Ave from 6th to 3rd Streets were totally out of sync and I got stopped at a red light for a full cycle at each light.
Utility cuts across N Crescent Rd have settled, they need patched & leveled or milled & paved
Multiple (20+) cats being fed behind property. Attraction seems to be concentrated in neighborhood.
Deckard Homes maintenance staff blew leaves into intersection of 7th and Maple. Blocking lane and covering storm drain.
4 Street lights out on North Kinser Pike between 17th and Rte 46 Bypass. First one out across from #1324
Neighbors complaining of trash.
Had cardboard laying all over the ground. We emptied the recycle can but did not take what is on the ground.
