Duke Energy sent email 2-1-2017 and I received an email from Louise that the lights are up and working!

Duke Energy sent email 2-1-2017 and I received an email from Louise that the lights are up and working!

Louise,
I called Duke per our conversation and Duke informed me that January 5th was the first notice of the lights being out. They need ten additional days for the repair from the first report. The second email informing us of the additional days was sent 1-17-2017. Duke's customer service rep requested us to remember that weather can make the delay longer like the weather we just had with ice and below zero temperatures.
That is all the information she had at this time. Please contact me again if the lights in your area are not working in the time frame/weather frame Duke has given us. I am more than happy to call additional contacts since we have followed the Duke's proper procedures.

Thank you for your uReport on the four street lights out on North Kinser Pike. Duke Energy does the maintenance on these lights and I have reported it to them on your behalf. I will update uReport 161908 with any further findings.
