Trash: "We are located at the corner of Washington and Kirkwood. We have complained over and over about the trash from the Chinese restaurant behind us. It is an eyesore to our community. It has been going on for years and no one wants to take responsibility for asking them to clean up their area. Please fine them or what ever you can do. Thank you."
there is a large pothole at the intersection of Kirkwood and Walnut. it is on the south side of intersection on walnut, in the right or east most lane.

There has been a white Lincoln car broken down on the side of the street with a temporary license plate that expired in September. The vehicle obviously doesn't run and is turning what would be a 2 lane road into a one lane road. Please send an officer out to mark it for removal as its causing traffic limitations on the street. The car is located on South Sowder Sq.
Hi, There's a fair amount trash at the curb at 128 S. Clark that's been there for weeks. (The front of the house actually faces Fourth St., and that's where the trash is, on Fourth). I don't think any of it has trash stickers, so I can understand why it hasn't been picked up by the city. It's an eyesore, though, so I was wondering if the city can do anything to encourage the owner or renter to deal with it. Not sure if anyone is living in the house; it appeared to be under renovation last fall, and some of the trash looks like stuff left over from the work on the house. "Dear Mr. Hamilton, As my council representative has been ineffective and unsuccessful in dealing with this problem, I am calling on your office for help. For over two years the resident of 1316 South Palmer Avenue has been running a used car lot at his house. There are usually no less than six cars parked in front of his house and across the street from his house at any one time. At least one or two usually have no plates. In addition, his yard is a total mess. He doesn't care about the trash that accumulates in it. If this were a problem in Elm Heights, it would have been taken care of in one day. I understand that one can sell a car from one's property, but this man needs to find a lot that is zoned for selling multiple used cars, and move his business to that place. Please help in moving this used car lot from our street. It is an eye sore and it brings down my property value. Street light in the cul-de-sac at the end of Browning Place (I think it is #15) has worked intermittently for the last few weeks and may need replacing. I have seen it work a few times over the last few weeks, but most of the time when I take my dog out a night it is not operating. Thanks
the light post on College Mall Road directly in front of Five Guys seems to be very loose. It IS a windy day, but it is bobbing around a lot more than the others, if someone should take a look?
