I reported that our trash was not picked up on Thursday as it should have been. I received a message from Rhea Carter at noon, saying "We picked up today." I just checked my waste cart. The cart has not been moved and the trash bag is still in it.

Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week. south on kirkwood square, where awning is. I parked in handicap there. Kept feeding quarters.Meter only went up to One Hour. had to then use credit card.Being handicap it was very confusing and frustrating. Was charged on credit card.
