HAS EVIDENCE OF SEWER BACKING UP AND WANTED TO KNOW IF CBU SEWER CREWS HAD BEEN WORKING IN THE AREA. SHE STATED THAT THE FLOOR WAS WET IN THE BASEMENT WHERE UPSTAIRS STOOL HAD OVERFLOWED AND STOPPER WAS BLOWN OUT OF SINK.
Exceeds weight limit of 40 lbs. Yard waste is over the 40 lb max container over 35 gal
Resident called in stating there were stickers on can. Spoke with crew for that area (948), stated that can was actually very overweight and should have been marked that way. I attempted to contact resident (Daniel 961-0701) three times to explain that we would not be able to pick up trash since it was overweight. Each time I called it rang through and there was no answer or voicemail. RLP
