I quote: UDO 20.01.010 b) (7) Purpose of the UDO: 'Preserve and enhance the scenic beauty, aesthetics and environmental integrity of the city. ' Here is another example of how this situation is not in agreement with the UDO. AT& T, get your act together and remove all those possibly hazardous junction boxes asap.
