New handicap accessible curb was just put in the sidewalk here. However, drivers still park their car right on the corner, blocking wheelchair access to the sidewalk! Please paint the curb yellow from street back 25 feet to prohibit parking in this area.

PREVIOUSLY REPORTED, NOT RESOLVED: I reached out to you on April 7, 2026 about an electrical wire that is sitting on top of my garage; it runs from my house to the electric pole in my yard. You recommended that I report it to Duke Energy - I did, on the same day - Ticket # D7806903. No one has repaired this dangerous situation yet, I am very concerned about a wire touching my garage which has my car and lawn equipment stored inside. What do you recommend should be my next steps as Duke was unresponsive? OTHER : Since that time, I noticed that there is a very large tree/branch on the town property in the rear of my yard. Is there an ordinance related to ACs, vents, pool pump, and pool heaters? The neighbors have strung equipment all down the property line. The rumbling noise affects usage of our deck, backyard, and even the west side rooms of our house.
1925 E Viva Dr consistently fails to keep grass mowed with reasonable frequency. This was the case all last year and appears to be continuing this spring. Over 1 foot tall in places. All other neighbors in the E. Viva Dr community make a concerted effort to perform responsible lawn maintenance. Owner needs to step up and take care of their property. Show some respect to the neighborhood.

On Sunday, April 12 I was out for a bicycle ride with my family on the Limestone Greenway. There was a man on an electric motorcycle. Not a pedal assisted e-bike, but a high speed motorcycle. He appeared to be an on-duty sheriff's deputy. I understand that they may want to patrol but they should be using vehicles that are allowed on the trails unless there is an emergency which warrants something larger or faster. We felt like we were followed by him, though he pretended to be nice and claimed just to be out enjoying a ride, just like us. It made us all uncomfortable. I usually don't submit these anonymously but with Flock and all this shit it makes one paranoid.
I have almost got hit by cars when I was walking to campus—east on Wylie—more that a few times. This unsafe!!!!!!! Really-/fix it before somebody gets killed. It’s especially crazy at night. Should I have to walk out of my way to be safe-/I mean I live on Wylie and there’s no cut through!
