Planning staff visited the reported address, which seems to actually reference 1857 E Cheyanne Ln, and did not observe equipment or similar from the ROW. It does appear that there is a pool/spa permit with the Monroe County Building Department (MBCD) that is active for the property (R-25-76), so best next step would be to contact MCBD to inquire if there is anything they can look into in connection with their permit.
