1037 Emery Court is a Jeff Jones property that is on the legal action list. There were people looking at the property that reported that Jeff Jones is going to sell them the property on contract. This is the second property that residents in the neighborhood have heard this happening in the last couple of weeks. This neighborhood has had to put up with Jeff Jones for 20+ years. We were hopeful that the legal case was going to fix this slum lord situation. Jeff Jones has sold this house on contract or rent to own more times then I can count in the 20 years I have lived in this neighborhood. He has sold every house in the Walnut Creek subdivision neighborhood that he owns on contract repeatedly. It is a total scam. None of these houses ever are actually sold. We thought the legal litigation was going to stop Jeff Jones from continuing his slumlord ways. What is going on to address this?

U Report # 210060 Hi again, I'm following up from yesterday's U Report. Duke responded immediately with the information that the wire is a cable line. Duke recommended that I get back to my local Bloomington government because since I've owned this house I have never had cable service, therefore I do not know whose line it belongs to. Do you have any record as to who owns/is responsible for this abandoned cable line? And is there a statute of limitations for an abandoned line - can I cut it down myself? There is a dumpster in the eastbound lane as you turn onto Elliston from Bainbridge, it’s an issue if you’re attempting to turn and someone is at the intersection, also creates a bit of an unsafe situation when kids are waiting for the bus.

I have live at Acadia Court Apts and have difficulty walking. There have been two construction cones blocking the sidewalk and uneven particle board covering the walk making it difficult for me to leave my apartment and get to my car in the parking lot without falling down. Property management has not been responsive to my request for completion of the work.

1925 E Viva Dr consistently fails to keep grass mowed with reasonable frequency. This was the case all last year and appears to be continuing this spring. Over 1 foot tall in places. All other neighbors in the E. Viva Dr community make a concerted effort to perform responsible lawn maintenance. Owner needs to step up and take care of their property. Show some respect to the neighborhood.

When leaving the Tapp Rd/B-Line trailhead, there is a large bush that significantly limits the line of sight from the traffic traveling eastbound on Tapp Rd. This bush needs to be completely removed. I filed a uReport last year. This issue will get progressively worse as the growing season picks up. Please resolve at your earliest opportunity. Thank you!

Trash is being left behind after pick up in our street, yard and even in our driveway. They use the arm and don't bother picking up what is left behind that didn't make it into the truck.

Some potholes (some deeper by the day) are all along the alley between E 2nd St. and E Hunter St. There are also potholes at both entrances to the parking lot there, but the potholes appear to be on the city's property, based on past pavement.
