Jeff Jones rental with car with expired plate and flat tire, piles of garbage, and smell from back patio porch covered with dog poop and urine. I am turning in this Ureport to document as there is legal case.

I called to report that neighbors moved out of a Jeff Jones rental property sometime ago. This morning we discovered that they left a rabbit in a hutch that is dead. These people were also breeding dogs in the garage and on the back porch. The woman who lived there was named Pam Jimenez. There were numerous police calls to this property if that helps to track them down.

Tenants have been moving wooden beams to use more of the yard for parking. If you stand in the alley behind the house there should be a tandem spot for two cars on the right and one parking spot close to the alley on their left. Room for 3 cars but now there are often 5 including one on the grass. This is a problem every year, better to have permanent bumper blocks instead of ones they just roll out of position. There are 4 cars there in the above picture even though it is spring break and plenty of parking on the street.

1040 E. Chris is a Jeff Jones property. There is a burgundy SUV with expired plates and flat tire that has been parked in the driveway for months. Can you please document this for legal with pictures.
