Brick house next door to her will not cut their grass. She asked that you call her before you come so she can get her pit bull out of the back yard. She wants you to see the back yard also.

There is a pile of white trash bags behind the house. They also have a dog chained in the back yard which has now torn open part of the bags.

There are bushes and "junk" trees obstructing the line of sight at the intersection. Hawthorne Drive stops for Maxwell. If you are going South on Hawthorne and look to the right, it is difficult to see if someone is coming due to the bushes and trees.
Dumpster is over-flowing. It sits beside 3257 S. Walnut Springs Drive. The fence around it is falling down.
