Audi sedan, apparently abandoned. No license plate, parked on the street on Graham near Brandon Ct back entrance.

Isn’t this truck in violation of UDO 20.04.060 (n) (4)? It has been sitting there for over 30 years, has an expired license plate (used to be 1975, since a couple of months 2016). Sticker cannot be seen because it has a glove hanging over it.
