Huge pot hole
Several bad potholes going south on south walnut street going up the hill past cvs
Open utilities box north side of building 9. Flood water caused it to come open.
Broken drain still not fixed. Risk of small animals or people legs to fall into. Maintenance has been aware of it for several months with no fix.
There is a big pot hole in the middle of the street, as well as a long stretch of dented area on the side of the street. I could attach only one photo here, which shows only the former issue.
The trash bin has been damaged. Please remove the damaged bin and replace with a new large bin.
South Weimer road from Tapp going north to the first house on the right has seen growing deterioration of the road at the margins in several places. It’s become a bit dangerous as people swerve into the other side to avoid the crumbled spots. It would be very appreciated if those could be filled in.
This is a dangerous intersection with a stop sign for Dillman traffic, but not Old State Rt 37. The problem is visibility when you're on Dillman. If you're headed west, traffic coming from both sides of Old State Rt 37 are not very visible as the roads both bend and have hills. If you're headed east at that intersection, you're also dealing with an incline. I've nearly gotten into an accident at that intersection, and now that I'm also teaching a teen to drive, it reinforces how dangers that intersection is. There isn't space for a roundabout but turning it into a 4 way stop would make a huge difference in safety. Thanks for considering it!
Trash can at curb I just let you know
2 'abandoned' vehicles: Red Ford truck and white Ford SUV. These vehicles have been there for weeks now, have not moved an inch. Residents at nearby houses are starting to complain that their guests cannot find a parking place because these 2 vehicles are parked there permanently. Especially the Red truck has been there a multiple of 3 days without having moved. City Ordinance 15.04.020 states that this means the vehicles are considered 'abandoned'. The owner at 612 Eastside Drive either needs to park these vehicles somewhere else where they can sit for weeks and months on end, or be made aware that he needs to move them every 3 days, so as not to be in violation of the City Ordinance. The Parking Officer drives by several times a day, so it should not be too hard to see that these vehicles just sit there and sit there.
