Other: This house is a fire hazard. Flickering outdoor lights from raccoon and water damage. Large holes in roof. Excessive growth, fabric curtains in front porch make this house a fire hazard. There is an open report on this home for over 200 days with Mike Arnold. Nothing has been find and the neighborhood is aware of the city report having been filed. This house is a violation of many city codes and nothing is being done.
